Dispatch Compliance Protocol

To receive requests from our routing network, contractors must legally maintain:

  • [US]Active State Licensure, EIN, and General Liability COI.
  • [AU]State Trade Licensure, ABN, and Public Liability Certificate of Currency.
  • [CA]Provincial Licensing, Federal BN, and Provincial Workers' Comp Clearance.

What the crews handle

  • Standing water extraction from basements and ground floors
  • Burst pipe, flexible hose, and appliance leak cleanup
  • Structural drying with dehumidification and air movers
  • Moisture readings to confirm materials are actually dry
  • Removing materials that cannot be saved

Call sooner rather than later if

  • There is standing water anywhere in the building
  • Carpet or underlay is saturated
  • Water has run behind skirtings, under flooring, or into wall cavities
  • A musty smell has appeared after a leak
  • The water involved sewage or ran across ground outside

Water damage is a race against materials. Plasterboard wicks moisture upward, chipboard swells and loses strength, and mould can establish on damp organic material within a day or two — so extraction and active drying early usually costs far less than replacing materials later.

Before anything else: do not walk into standing water until the power to that area is off. If the switchboard is wet or you are unsure, call an electrician or your network operator.
